OUR APPROACH
Our Mission

To educate, innovate and inspire entrepreneurial philanthropy* by creating partnerships and leading by example.

We believe in empowering the community through education to ensure that people have the tools, resources, abilities and training to make their dreams a reality and create their own path to prosperity.

By investing in people, we reap returns that benefit not only the individual, but the entire community of Greater Montréal, throughout the province of Québec and Canada coast to coast.

Wheel of Life

Roasters Foundation helps all components of the Wheel of Life work in the same direction to build a healthy community for the future. There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Partnerships are key.

Partnering With Others

Many people and organizations are working to make our community a better place: governments, institutions, corporations, foundations, associations and private individuals. But each tends to work in a different direction. The system as a whole is unstructured and disorganized, so the results are less than they could be.

The key is collaboration!

Roasters Foundation doesn't want to reinvent the wheel. We recognize that many organizations and programs in Greater Montréal, Québec and Canada have made great strides in bringing us closer to future prosperity.

The wheels are already in motion, let's get them rolling forward together!

From fundraising campaigns to programs benefiting the community, Roasters Foundation emphasizes the value of partnerships and proposes this formula for success:

  • Identify the strengths of each player
  • Build bridges between everyone involved
  • Coordinate all efforts effectively
  • Limit duplication of effort
  • Create harmony between all organizations involved
  • Celebrate collective and individual accomplishments
